Auction America Realty -- BUYER BROKER’S PARTICIPATION

A two (2%) percent commission will be paid by Auction America to the Licensed Real Estate broker whose prospect pays and settles for the property as specified in the contract of sale. To qualify, the Real Estate Broker must first register prospect by certified mail or by delivering notice to Auction America (prospective bidders stating same and signing) on Broker’s stationary or on the Buyer’s Broker Registration form to Auction America, 895 West Beech Street, Long Beach, NY 11561 and must be received 24 hours prior to the Auction Date, then must show prospect the property on the auction day. Finally, Broker must attend the auction with the prospect and bid for or with the prospect. Commission will be paid upon closing by Auction America. No commission will be paid by Auction America to any broker or member of his immediate family who participates in the purchase of property and an affidavit will be required that the Broker is serving only as agent and not principal. There can be no exceptions to this procedure and no oral registration will be accepted.
